Wire feeding technology is a kind of refining method emerging in recent years,which is widely used in the wire feeding technology of modern steelmaking.Alloy cored wire and alloy wire used in steelmaking can purify molten steel,change the morphology of inclusions,improve the castability and mechanical properties of molten steel,significantly improve the yield of ferroalloy and reduce the cost of steelmaking,with remarkable economic effect.With the development of steel-making industry,high-quality alloy steel and variety steel have increased significantly,the continuous casting ratio has been improved,and the refining technology outside the furnace has been continuously improved.Using wire feeding technology has greater advantages than powder injection and directly adding alloy blocks.
The working principle of the currently used wire feeder is that the tobacco is quantitatively fed into the vibrating groove or rotating groove by the lifting belt,and the tobacco is fed forward into the hopper of the cigarette machine while the vibrating groove or rotating groove vibrates.When the cigarette machine hopper needs cut tobacco,it will convert the photoelectric signal into the driving solenoid valve,open the valve of the suction pipe,suck the vibrating cut tobacco into the suction pipe,and feed it into the cigarette machine hopper.When the hopper is full,the electric signal is converted by the signal,and the air suction valve of the suction pipe is closed to complete the feeding process.In production,the feeding process is to ensure the operation of the cigarette machine through countless times.
In the project operated by workers,wire feeders often encounter various problems,such as:the feeding of wire feeders should be uniform and not broken.If the feeding is uneven,the production capacity will be reduced in the process of use,the spring will act frequently,the pressure of the bowl bearing will be large,and the power consumption will rise.In order to ensure the normal operation of the wire feeder,through the communication between technicians and new and old customers,the following solutions are summarized in view of these problems.
The manufacturer of wire feeder introduces what problems should be paid attention to in the daily maintenance of wire feeder:
1.There should be an iron removal device to prevent the crushing chamber from being too iron.If it is too iron frequently,it may cause shaft breakage accidents.
2.Produce at full capacity,otherwise the product will be too coarse.
3.The crushing ratio in the production line should be distributed reasonably,so as to give full play to the efficiency of the wire feeder.
4.The spring pressure should not be too tight.If the pressure is too high,the shaft will break.If the pressure is too small,the spring will jump frequently,and the product strength will become smaller,which will affect the normal operation of the wire feeder.
5.The lubricating oil temperature should not be too high or too low,otherwise it will affect the operation of the machine.
6.The lubricating oil should be changed frequently,and it should not be too dirty.Too dirty will accelerate the wear of gears,bowl shaped tiles,bearing sleeves,etc.,and even make the bearing sleeves stuck.
7.The transmission belt cannot be installed too tightly,otherwise it will cause inflexible rotation or fracture of the transmission shaft;It should not be too loose,otherwise the wire feeder will be blocked.
8.The feeding should not be too wet and sticky,and the fine particles should not be too much or too large,otherwise it will cause stuffy cars.
9.Ore accumulation at the discharge port of the wire feeder will also cause stuffy cars.
